At Barry Farms, we take great pride in providing high-quality products to our customers. Due to the nature of our goods, all sales are final.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to review your concern. To be eligible for a resolution, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Email us at kmbarry24@gmail.com with your order details and a clear photo of the issue.
Once we receive your request, we’ll assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
